Mardi was born right here in Long Beach, CA, inspired by our Louisiana roots and, especially, our love for New Orleans snoballs! Mardi is fun-loving and multi-talented, often seen showing you how to shake and enjoy our beignets (/ben-YAYS/) or whip up our Corner Cakes- SnoCorner's twist on the classic funnel cake.
