Minimum 100 guests.

All requests must be submitted through our catering request form. Once received, we’ll send a customized quote based on guest count, service time, and menu selections.

Base package includes 2 hours of service; additional time is available as needed.

Optional add-ons: filled beignets (e.g., banana pudding) and 5.5 oz soft serve vanilla ice cream cups.

A 10% gratuity is applied to the final subtotal for administrative costs.

Setup requires 1–1.5 hours, a 10’ x 10’ outdoor space on a level, hard surface, and a clear pathway for unloading/reloading the cart.

To reserve your date: 50% deposit at booking; remaining balance due 14 days before the event. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior are eligible for a full deposit refund.
